We have begun working with The Home Depot At Home Services as installers. Our jobs will consist of smaller installation projects throughout the Maryland and D.C. areas. This could be anything from siding, roofing, window & door installation, wood floors, etc. I am very proud of my crew as we continue to grow towards excellence and service.
The bulk of our projects are with home owners, real estate brokers, as well as with commercial business owners.
Recently we started working in renovating or restoring residential homes through State Farm Insurance accidental loss/damage program.
We work with a number of Construction Management Companies that bid on public land renovations, we are proud to help serve the District of Columbia.
In the News
We just finished working as sub-contractors for the major D.C. Public School Renovation Project. We hope to have pictures of the eight schools we helped renovate for the 2009-2010 school year.
We recently submitted a proposal to renovate a D.C. townhome which contains four apartments, we will be working closely with the owner.
We finished the Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC on the historical brownstone restoration in Baltimore, MD. Currently the owner is seeking additional funds to finish the project.
During the first half of 2009 we finished two private home additions. Both clients were left extremely happy and satisfied with their new addition.
In December 2008 we finished the the WoW Cafe & Wingery in Baltimore, MD - to final inspection point. They are currently opened for business.
