In the fall of 2009, we started working on restoring REO (Real Estate Owned) properties through their rehab program on foreclosed homes. The Economy has hit everyone hard. We have had a lot of work though, generated from our REO client that has taken us to Goldsboro, MD just miles from the Delaware border all the way to Frederick, MD, just miles from the West Virginia border.
In the fall of 2008 we partnered up with The Home Depot At Home Services as installers. Our jobs consist of smaller installation projects throughout the Maryland and D.C. areas. This could be anything from siding, roofing, window & door installation, wood floors, etc. I am very proud of my crew as we continue to grow towards excellence and service.
The bulk of our projects are with home owners, real estate brokers, as well as with commercial business owners.
In the News
We just finished working as sub-contractors for the major D.C. Public School Renovation Project. We hope to have pictures of the eight schools we helped renovate for the 2009-2010 school year.
We work with a number of Construction Management Companies that bid on public land renovations, we are proud to help serve the District of Columbia.
We finished the Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC on the historical brownstone restoration in Baltimore, MD. Currently the owner is seeking additional funds to finish the project.
During the first half of 2009 we finished two private home additions. Both clients were left extremely happy and satisfied with their new addition.
In December 2008 we finished the the WoW Cafe & Wingery in Baltimore, MD. Update: as of 2010 they are no longer in business.
